L’accord-cadre est décomposé en 2 lots, faisant chacun l’objet d’un accord-cadre distinct : - Lot 1 Traduction de documents de médiation, d’information et de communication écrits et oralisés en anglais ; Lot 2 Traduction de documents de médiation, d’information et de communication écrits et oralisés en espagnol. Chaque accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Ils sont fractionnés à bons de commande avec, pour le lot 1, un montant maximum de 200 000€ HT et, pour le lot 2, un montant maximum de 50 000€ HT sur la durée totale de quatre années d’exécution, en cas de reconduction. Pour obtenir tous renseignements d’ordre technique ou administratif qui leur seraient nécessaires au cours de l’examen du dossier de consultation et/ou de l’élaboration de leur réponse, les candidats devront faire parvenir au plus tard 10 jours calendaires avant la date limite pour la réception des offres une demande écrite sur la plateforme de dématérialisation : https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/. Les réponses aux questions parvenues dans ce délai seront envoyées à tous les candidats au plus tard 6 jours calendaires avant la date limite pour la réception des offres. Il ne sera répondu à aucune question orale.
