Description of selection criterion: Die Erteilung des Auftrages wird unter anderem von der Erklärung des Bieters abhängig gemacht, dass er seinen Pflichten zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung nachgekommen ist, Mitglied der Berufsgenossenschaft ist und kein Insolvenzverfahren anhängig ist. Bei Öffentlichen Ausschreibungen fordere ich von Bietern, die bisher nicht für die Stadt Braunschweig tätig waren, als Nachweis der Fachkunde und Leistungsfähigkeit: 1. Erklärung über den Gesamtumsatz des Unternehmens sowie den Umsatz bezüglich der besonderen Leistungsart, die Gegenstand der Vergabe ist, jeweils bezogen auf die letzten drei Geschäftsjahre. 2. Eine Erklärung über die wesentlichen, in den letzten drei Jahren erbrachten vergleichbaren Leistungen mit Angabe des Rechnungswertes, der Leistungszeit sowie der öffentlichen oder privaten Auftraggeber. 3. Die unter Nr. 1 und 2 geforderten Erklärungen können durch die Vorlage von Eignungsnachweisen erbracht werden, die durch Präqualifizierungsverfahren erworben worden sind bzw. durch das Formblatt Eigenerklärung für nicht präqualifizierte Bieter. Die Erklärung, dass kein Verstoß gegen die Regelungen der §§123 und 124 GWB vorliegen ist mittels EFB 124 einzureichen.
