Der Auftragnehmer wird hierüber rechtzeitig informiert. Er ist verpflichtet, die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen zu dem vom Auftraggeber neu bestimmten Leistungsbeginn zu den unverändert vereinbarten Vertragsbedingungen zu erbringen. Die Verschiebung des Leistungsbeginns hat keine Auswirkung auf das Ende der Vertragslaufzeit. Die Ausführung der Leistungen endet am 31.07.2028 um 24:00 Uhr, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zum jeweiligen Laufzeitende kann der AG den Vertrag durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem AN vier Mal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängern. Der AG ist nicht verpflichtet, den Vertrag zu verlängern.
