Title: Świadczenie usługi dostępu do sygnału RTV w budynkach należących do Oddziału Regionalnego Agencji Mienia Wojskowego w Szczecinie (obszar: Koszalin, Świnoujście, Stargard)”
Description: 1. Zapewnienie możliwości stałego korzystania z usługi dostępu sygnału RTV w każdym pokoju internatu. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje min. 30 kanałów (w tym min. 20 w jakości HD). W zestawieniu programów (pakiecie) powinny znajdować się m.in.: kanały ogólne – min. 4 szt., kanały informacyjne min. 3 szt., filmowe min. 3 szt., sportowe min. 2 szt., muzyczne min. 3 szt., kanały dla dzieci (bajkowe) min. 3 szt., kanały radiowe. Zamawiający uzna w/w wymagania również za spełnione gdy zakres dostarczonych kanałów będzie odpowiadał zakresowi kanałów dostępnych w ramach ogólnodostępnej naziemnej telewizji cyfrowej. 3. Operator powinien posiadać odpowiednie uprawnienia i stosowne licencje do reemisji sygnału telewizyjnego do obiektów o charakterze hotelowym (hotele, pensjonaty, internaty, itp.). 4. Wykonawca musi posiadać uprawnienia do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1221 ze zm.) - działalność telekomunikacyjna będąca działalnością gospodarczą jest działalnością regulowaną i podlega wpisowi do rejestru przedsiębiorców telekomunikacyjnych. Organem prowadzącym rejestr oraz rejestr jednostek samorządu terytorialnego wykonujących działalność w zakresie telekomunikacji jest Prezes UKE. 5. Doprowadzenie/podłączenie sygnału telewizyjnego do 1 telewizora na każdy pokój w obiekcie.
