Accord-cadre mono-attributaire pour chacun des lots, sans minimum et avec un maximum annuel en valeur de : - lot n°1 : 375 000 € H.T. - lot n°2 : 625 000 € H.T. - lot n°3 : 375 000 € H.T. Durée 12 mois. L'Accord-cadre pourra être reconduit trois fois pour une durée de 12 mois sans que sa durée totale, périodes de reconductions comprises, ne puisse excéder 48 mois. Les prestations seront réglées par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées. Date de démarrage des prestations : 01/01/2027 Aucune variante n’est autorisée La consultation ne comporte pas de P.S.E. (option) Visite obligatoire des sites le 22/09/2026 à 14H30 (voir modalités de la visite dans le règlement de la consultation). Le Lot n°2 est réservé aux entreprises titulaires d'un agrément C.N.A.P.S. Conformément au Code de la Sécurité Intérieure, la fourniture de prestations de surveillance humaine et de gardiennage ne peut être exercée que par une société détentrice d'une autorisation d'exercer cette activité et dans le respect du principe d'exclusivité d'activité (voir mention du Règlement de la consultation). Le Lot n°3 comporte une obligation de reprise de personnel.
