Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: Le marché est composé d’un lot unique. Le prestataire doit assurer les prestations de fourniture, d’exploitation, d’entretien, de maintenance et de conduite : • De la chaufferie bois existante /gaz propane à créer ; • Du réseau technique et sous-station desservis ; Les missions sont confiées au Titulaire en marché de type Marché de Comptage (MC) en sous-stations comprenant les termes P1, P2, P3. Le prestataire doit assurer également les travaux de réalisation de la chaufferie de secours au gaz propane, l’installation sera intégrée au marché exploitation/entretien P1, P2 et P3.
Financial arrangement: Les modalités de financement sont assurées par le Maître d’Ouvrage grâce à des ressources propres et/ou des ressources extérieures publiques ou privées Le règlement des dépenses se fera par virement bancaire (mandat administratif).
