Description of selection criterion: Der Nachweis für die Beurteilung der Eignung erfolgt mit VHB Formblatt 124 (Eigenerklärung zur Eignung). Dies gilt für jedes weitere Mitglied einer eventuellen Bietergemeinschaft. Nachweis der Berufshaftpflichtversicherungsdeckung. Für die Kalkulation des AN muss der aktuelle deutsche Mindestlohn angesetzt werden. Vergleichbare Referenzen bezogen auf die Jahre 2020 – 2025. Nachweis der einzusetzenden Fahrzeuge mit Angaben zu Achslast und Fassungsinhalt. Gültiger Nachweis des Bieters über seine Zertifizierung als Entsorgungsfachbetrieb nach § 56 Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz in Verbindung mit Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung für die von ihm vorgesehenen Entsorgungsleistungen durch Vorlage einer Kopie des zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe gültigen Zertifikats. Ausländische Bieter haben ein gleichwertiges Entsorgungsfachbetriebszertifikat vorzulegen, aus welchem die zertifizierte Tätigkeit des Betriebes, insbesondere bezogen auf seine Standorte, Anlagen und Abfallarten zu entnehmen ist. Sachkundenachweis für die Schlammentnahme aus Kleinkläranlagen, z. B. der DWA. Die Ausschreibungsunterlagen / Leistungsbeschreibung sind zu beachten.
