Description: La présente consultation succède au marché référencé S-PF-1694719 du 19/08/2025 déclaré sans suite par la commission d'attribution en date du 16 mars 2026. Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de mise en vente à l'unité de lots isolés ou/et groupes immobiliers (recherche de candidats, organisation des visites et suivi administratif, technique et financier) pour le compte de LOGIREP. LOGIREP a acquis du patrimoine immobilier, vacant ou occupé, étant précisé que les logements occupés ne sont cédés qu'à leur locataire. LOGIREP souhaite déléguer à un prestataire externe une partie de ses activités de mise en vente, dans le but de valoriser son patrimoine immobilier composé de logements conventionnés, non conventionnés et intermédiaires. Ces prestations comprennent notamment : o La définition et la mise en oeuvre d'une stratégie de commercialisation adaptée aux caractéristiques des biens et aux objectifs de LOGIREP, o La recherche active de candidats acheteurs, incluant la diffusion d'annonces, la gestion des contacts, l'organisation des visites et la qualification des prospects, o L'accompagnement administratif et juridique jusqu'à la conclusion des actes, o La production de reportings réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des missions confiées. Les prestations objet du présent marché excluent expressément la réalisation des états des lieux, la rédaction du bail, la gestion locative complète, la fixation définitive des prix, la sélection définitive des dossiers, ainsi que la signature des baux, compromis ou actes de vente, qui restent de la compétence exclusive de LOGIREP. Le titulaire du marché interviendra dans le respect des dispositions du Code de la commande publique, de la loi ALUR et de la réglementation applicable aux organismes d'habitat social
