Description: De aanbestedende dienst wil gedurende de gehele contractperiode kunnen beschikken over een stabiel en betrouwbaar wifi-netwerk voor bewoners. De opdrachtnemer dient aan te tonen hoe hij ondersteuning, beheer, monitoring en storingsafhandeling organiseert zodat de beschikbaarheid van het netwerk maximaal wordt gewaarborgd. Het antwoord van de opdrachtnemer dient minimaal in te gaan op de navolgende vragen/aspecten: • Ondersteuning van team M&O o Beschrijf hoe de aangewezen medewerkers van team M&O worden ondersteund bij het melden van storingen, klachten en vragen. o Beschrijf welke middelen hiervoor beschikbaar zijn. o Licht toe hoe u ervoor zorgt dat meldingen eenvoudig en laagdrempelig kunnen worden ingediend. • Opvolging van problemen, klachten en storingen o Beschrijf het proces voor het registreren, beoordelen, prioriteren en afhandelen van problemen, klachten en storingen. o Geef aan hoe de voortgang van meldingen wordt bewaakt en teruggekoppeld aan de gemeente. o Beschrijf hoe structurele of terugkerende problemen worden geanalyseerd en voorkomen. o Beschrijf hoe u de gemeente (rapporteren) o Beschrijf hoe u de samenwerking met de gemeente organiseert.
