Description: Servicii de proiectare privind reabilitare termică, modernizare, consolidare, extindere, demolare construcție existentă și construcții noi pentru construcții civile,servicii de proiectare privind reabilitare, modernizare, consolidare, extindere construcție existentă și construcții noi pentru sisteme rutiere, servicii de proiectare privind reabilitare, modernizare, consolidare, extindere construcție existentă si construcții noi pentru amenajari peisagistice / spații verzi . Serviciile de proiectare se vor referi la următoarele etape: Expertiză tehnică,Studiu geotehnic, inclusiv dezveliri Studiu topografic, inclusiv OCPI,Audit energetic şi Certificatul de performanţă energetică iniţial Studiu de prefezabilitate (după caz),Studiu de securitate la incendiu Studiu istoric (daca este cazul),Studiu de circulatie ,Studiu peisagistic ,Plan urbanistic de detaliu,Documentaţii pentru obţinerea avizelor cerute în certificatul de urbanism Documentaţie de avizare a lucrărilor de intervenţie (după caz),Studiu de fezabilitate (după caz),Documentaţia tehnică pentru autorizarea lucrărilor de construire (DTAC),Documentatia tehnică pentru autorizarea lucrărilor de desfiinţare (DTAD),Documentaţia tehnică de organizare a execuţiei lucrărilor (DTOE),Proiect tehnic şi detalii de execuţie ,Asistenţă tehnică,Certificat energetic de performanţă la încheierea lucrărilor ,Întocmirea cărţii tehnice (as-built), Întocmirea punctului de vedere al proiectantului la încheierea lucrărilor ,conform caietului de sarcini. Lucrările de construcție pentru care se intenționează achiziționarea serviciilor de proiectare se clasifică în: - Construcții existente; - Extinderi construcții existente; - Construcții noi,conform cerinţelor caietului de sarcini . Modificarea Acordului-cadru, in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se face in conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Termene pentru depunerea/ raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: In conformitate cu prevederile art.160 alin.(1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspunsul consolidat formulat la solicitările de clarificari/informatii suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în măsura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
