Dit gebeurt daar de aanleg van nieuwe DWA*- en RWA leidingen, het omvormen van, bestaande rioleringen tot RWA of DWA-leidingen, Bouwen van 2 pompstation en het uitvoeren van een lange gestuurde boring. De rijwegen worden hersteld in asfalt of beton. De boordstenen en voetpaden worden opgebroken om infiltratiebermen te realiseren.
