Description: Le présent marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents, ayant pour objet des prestations informatiques d'ingénierie, d'expertise et de développement applicatif. Le marché est décomposé 2 (deux) lots : - Lot n°1 : Prestations de développement métier sur la technologie Java ; - Lot n°2 : Prestations de DevOps, architecture technique et industrialisation logicielle. Les candidats peuvent soumissionner pour un seul lot ou bien pour les deux lots (en déposant un dossier par lot). Chacun des 2 (deux) lots est multi-attributaires (5 attributaires maximum par lot). Il est précisé que l'accord-cadre sera conclu, pour chacun des 2 (deux) lots, sans minimum et avec le maximum indiqué ci-dessous : - Lot n°1 : Prestations de développement métier sur la technologie Java : Montant maximum de 7 000 000 euros HT (Sept millions d'Euros Hors Taxes) sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre (4 ans maximum) - Lot n°2 : Prestations de DevOps, architecture technique et industrialisation logicielle : Montant maximum de 5 000 000 euros HT (Cinq millions d'Euros Hors Taxes) sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre (4 ans maximum) Il est en outre précisé que ces montants maximum ne constituent pas une indication du budget d'ARTE France et ses filiales mais bien le plafond maximal que l'accord-cadre correspondant à chacun des 2 (deux) lots ne pourra pas dépasser sur la durée maximale du marché.
