Le marché est à prix mixte et comporte : • Une partie à prix global et forfaitaire, • Une partie mono-attributaire à bons de commandes conclue en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-3, R. 2162-5, R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 100 000 € HT, en application de l’article R. 2162-4 du CCP, • Et une partie mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents conclue en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-3, R. 2162-5 à R. 2162-8 et R. 2162-9 du CCP, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 50 000 € HT, en application de l’article R. 2162-4 du CCP.
