Le portage contractuel et le pilotage opérationnel du futur marché sont transférés à HRMedia, dans une logique de gouvernance multi-entités et de rationalisation économique. Le futur marché devra couvrir, à terme, les accès télécoms, les interconnexions WAN, la maintenance et l'exploitation des équipements réseau, la supervision 24/7, le reporting, le capacity planning, la gestion des incidents, le support événementiel et plus largement l'infogérance du périmètre Télécom sur les sites concernés.
