Information about review deadlines: Auf die Rüge- und Ausschlussfristen gem. §§ 135 Abs. 2, 160 Abs. 3 GWB wird hingewiesen. Gemäß § 160 Abs. 1 GWB leitet die Vergabekammer einen Nachprüfungsantrag nur auf Antrag ein. Der Antrag ist unter anderem unzulässig, wenn der Antragsteller den behaupteten Verstoß gegen Vergabevor-schriften nicht rechtzeitig gerügt hat. Verstöße, die im Vergabeverfahren erkannt werden, müssen gegen-über dem Auftraggeber innerhalb von zehn Kalendertagen gerügt werden (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB). Verstö-ße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, müssen spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Teilnahmefrist gerügt werden (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 GWB).
