În valoarea contractului de furnizare se vor include prețul pentru transport, asigurare transport, vămuire etc.; cheltuielile necesare pentru instalare și punere în funcțiune la sediul beneficiarului; costul instruirii personalului operator, programator și de întreținere la sediul S. Tohan S.A.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: noua zile.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a patra zi inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor.
