Daartoe voegen ze minstens drie (3) referenties toe van tijdens de laatste drie jaar uitgevoerde opdrachten, met vermelding: - Naam van de opdrachtgever; - Looptijd van de opdracht; - Omschrijving van de geleverde materialen en/of diensten; - Jaarlijkse opdrachtwaarde of totale opdrachtwaarde; - Vermelding van de bibliotheekspecifieke dienstverlening die werd verleend. Eenzelfde referentie mag voor meerdere percelen worden ingediend, voor zover deze betrekking heeft op materialen of diensten die vergelijkbaar zijn met het betrokken perceel.
