The purpose of the procurement is to acquire an integrated set of equipment for metallographic sample preparation. The set shall include a benchtop precision cutting machine for sectioning specimens, a hot mounting press for mounting specimens, and three grinding and polishing machines for metallographic specimen preparation. Riigihangete seaduse § 88 lõike 8 kohaselt kehtestatakse juurdepääsetavuse nõuded juhul, kui kohustuslikud ligipääsetavuse nõuded on sätestatud Euroopa Liidu õigusaktiga ning hankija lisab tehnilisele kirjeldusele viite vastavale õigusaktile. Käesoleva hanke puhul ei ole selliseid nõudeid kehtestatud.
