Description: The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for electrician services. The framework agreements shall be used in both the maintenance and investment budgets. Relevant work under the framework agreement can be related to minor alterations, installations, changes and maintenance of the existing buildings, both internally and externally. Actual assignments can be to set up new data points and sockets, replace fixtures, error correction in the electrical installations etc. Tenderers shall also deliver electrical materials for contract work.

Criterion: Enrolment in a relevant professional register
Description of selection criterion: The supplier shall be registered in the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) Electrical Enterprises Register (Elvirksomhetsregister) and be registered to carry out work on other parties’ electrical installations within the following areas: Industry – low-voltage installations Buildings – low-voltage installations Documentation requirement: Valid approval certificate from the DSB Electrical Enterprises Register.

Criterion: Other economic or financial requirements
Description of selection criterion: The supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The required financial capacity shall be assessed in relation to the value, scope of services, risk, and duration of the agreement. Documentation requirement: A credit assessment from a recognised credit rating agency based on the supplier’s most recent financial statements. The key financial figures from the financial statements must be presented together with an assessment of the supplier’s payment history.

Criterion: Technicians or technical bodies for quality control
Description of selection criterion: The tenderer shall have experience in delivering relevant services covered by this framework agreement. Documentation requirement: A list providing an overview and description of the supplier’s most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list/description shall, as a minimum, include: Name of customer/recipient Scope of the assignment Description of the company’s role Value of the assignment Date/period of delivery Brief description of the delivery

Description of selection criterion: The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and competence to perform assignments under the agreement. Documentation requirements: A description of the company’s staffing and organisational structure in relation to delivering in accordance with the requirements of the framework agreement.
