Title: Brugbediening
Description: Eind april 2027 loopt de huidige overeenkomst voor de inhuur van brugbedieningspersoneel van de gemeente Nieuwegein af. Ter waarborging van het op een rechtmatige en doelmatige manier blijven voldoen aan de benodigde inhuur van brugbedieningspersoneel voor de komende jaren wordt de opdracht opnieuw in de markt belegd. De opdracht ziet op de inzet van gekwalificeerd brugbedieningspersoneel ten behoeve van de brugbediening binnen het bedieningsgebied van de gemeente, op dit moment bestaande uit 14 bruggen. Hiervoor wenst de gemeente met één (1) opdrachtnemer een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten. De waarde van de opdracht wordt geraamd op een inzet van 9.000 uren per jaar en 36.000 uren over vier (4) jaar. De geraamde jaarlijkse afname is daarmee € 420.000, - (excl. BTW). De totale geraamde waarde over de gehele looptijd van de opdracht (4 jaar) is daarmee € 1.680.000, - (excl. BTW). De geraamde waarde is gebaseerd op de verwachte benodigde inhuur, historische afname en kosten en huidige uurtarieven in de markt. Ingeval wij meer dan 200% boven de hierboven geraamde totale contractwaarde uitkomen, zal een nieuwe aanbesteding worden opgezet. De maximale afname onder de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt daarmee € 3.360.000, - (excl. BTW).
