Hankinta on kokonaisuus ja osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska se ei ole hankinnan luonteen perusteella tarkoituksenmukaista. Sopimukseen valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja.
