Description: De opdracht heeft als doel de aanneming van diensten van bewakingsprestaties voor de begunstigden die onder de hoofd CPV-code 79713000-5 (Bewakingsdiensten) ressorteren, met inbegrip van de huur van het hierbij benodigd materiaal zoals vermeld onder titel “2. Benodigd materiaal voor de uitvoering van de opdracht” van de technische clausules. De prestaties zullen plaatsvinden: - aan en in de gebouwen in gebruik door de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken en op elke andere locatie binnen het gewest waarop het perceel betrekking heeft die door de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken wordt aangeduid en, - aan en in de gebouwen in gebruik door het Federaal Agentschap voor de opvang van asielzoekers (hierna: FEDASIL) en op elke andere locatie die door FEDASIL wordt aangeduid. 6 De aanbestedende overheden doen een beroep op de opdracht in de volgende (niet limitatieve) gevallen: - voor het voldoen van hun recurrente behoefte in bewakingsdiensten, hierna structurele bewakingsprestaties genoemd; - voor hun voldoen van hun ad-hoc behoefte in bewakingsdiensten zoals bijvoorbeeld (niet-limitatieve opsomming): bij de opening van opvangcentra, op vraag van een autoriteit, in geval van een event, in geval van een incident, in geval van een andere tijdelijke bewakingsbehoefte op een site behorend aan een aanbestedende overheid of tijdens een activiteit georganiseerd door een aanbestedende overheid,…., hierna ad-hoc bewakingsprestaties genoemd; - voor het voldoen van hun dringende behoefte in bewakingsdiensten, hierna dringende bewakingsprestaties genoemd.
