Die Fertigung der Vorproduktionsmuster muss in der späteren Fertigungsstelle der Serienproduktion erfolgen. Mit der Serienfertigung darf erst nach erfolgter schriftlicher Freigabe durch den Auftraggeber begonnen werden. Die Vorproduktionsmuster bilden nach schriftlicher Freigabe durch den Auftraggeber die Grundlage für die Serienfertigung bzw. dienen als verbindliche Referenzmuster für die Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung.
