Description of selection criterion: Tenderers shall be legally registered in a company register. Documentation requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate As well as submitting documentation of certification of the company as a company health service in accordance with the Regulations on Administrative Schemes for the Working Environment Act ́s area (FOR- 2025-12-16-2617)

Criterion: References on specified deliveries
Description of selection criterion: Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references. Documentation requirements: It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers shall document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Criterion: Security of information
Description of selection criterion: Tenderers must act in accordance with the Standard Data Processing Agreement. Documentation requirements: The data processing agreement is to be filled in by the chosen tenderer after the competition decision.

Criterion: Relevant educational and professional qualifications
Description of selection criterion: An account shall be given of how the tenderer will ensure sufficient capacity for this assignment. Permanent employees: 80% of the company health service ́s employees shall be employed in a minimum 50% position. Experienced gender neutral preferred for 100% position. The tenderer ́s access to competence within the following disciplines: company nursing, physiotherapy, ergo therapy, psychology/organisation psychology, doctor/work medicine, occupational hygienics. Documentation requirements: A staffing plan shall be enclosed for the assignment showing the number of our own employees, hired, any sub-suppliers. If sub-suppliers are intended to be used for the assignment, a affiliation statement shall be enclosed at the latest when the contract is signed.

Criterion: Certificates by quality control institutes
Description of selection criterion: Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality system suited to the content of the contract. Documentation requirements: Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum a general description of the system ́s content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be given.

Description: The procurement concerns company health services, and mainly comprises desk work as well as on-site surveys and meetings. The services do not result in significant climate footprint or environmental impact. The contracting authority has, after a concrete assessment, concluded that the obligation to emphasise climate and environmental considerations in the award criteria, cf. the procurement regulations § 7-9, will not apply in this procurement.
