Description: La prestation de service faisant l’objet de ce marché consiste en la réalisation du traitement par valorisation énergétique des Ordures Ménagères Résiduelles (OMR) collectées par le SMICTOM et le cas échéants ses collectivités partenaires ainsi que des refus de tri produits par le centre de tri géré par le SMICTOM. Les déchets seront livrés sur le lieu de traitement, leur transport est exclu du présent marché. Le transport sera assuré par semi-remorques à fonds mouvants jusqu’au site de traitement proposé.
