Description: Na presente aquisição foram tidos em consideração os critérios ecológicos aplicáveis, designadamente os previstos na Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 132/2023, de 25 de outubro, na medida em que se revelem adequados à natureza do objeto contratual. Estes requisitos encontram-se refletidos nas peças do procedimento, nomeadamente nas especificações técnicas, através da exigência de equipamentos conformes com as normas técnicas aplicáveis, adequados às condições de funcionamento do local de instalação, bem como da obrigação de correta gestão, recolha e encaminhamento dos resíduos, embalagens, componentes substituídos e demais materiais resultantes da instalação. Atendendo à natureza da aquisição e à necessidade de assegurar a fiabilidade, eficiência e continuidade de funcionamento da Sala LIS 2, os requisitos ambientais são assegurados como especificações técnicas e condições de execução contratual.
