Description of the procurement
Obiectul acordului cadru este prestarea de servicii suport pentru implementarea schemei de performanță și accesarea fondurilor europene.
Contractele subsecvente care se vor încheia în baza acordului cadru vor avea ca obiect prestarea următoarelor tipuri de servicii de consultanță:
- Servicii de consultanță pentru monitorizarea implementării Planului de Performanță cu durata de 6 luni;
- Servicii de consultanță pentru elaborarea proiectului Planului de performanță pentru a patra perioadă de referință RP4;
- Servicii de consultanță pentru elaborarea strategiei în domeniul serviciilor de navigație aeriană de terminal;
- Servicii de consultanță pentru accesare și implementare proiecte cu finanțare europeană și pentru implementarea conceptelor privind realizarea cerului digital european, cu durata de 1 an.
Orice operator economic poate solicita clarificari referioare la documentatia de atribuire cu maxim 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor . Clarificarile solicitate dupa acest termen nu vor fi luate in considerare fiind considerate tardive.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor
