Description: Voor perceel 6 (innovatie) geldt dat iedere Inschrijver ongeacht het perceel, die voldoet aan de geschiktheidseisen en minimumeisen en op wie geen uitsluitingscriteria van toepassing zijn, gedurende de looptijd van de Opdracht het recht heeft om duurzame/circulaire varianten aan te dragen. De innovatieve duurzame producten kunnen betrekking hebben op elk van de percelen 1 t/m 5. De kandidaat opdrachtnemer dient van de aangedragen variant(en) door middel van een plan van aanpak aan te tonen dat de variant aan de functionele eisen voldoet. Daarnaast dient hij door middel van een Levenscyclusanalyse met milieukosten indicator aan te tonen dat de variant past in de doelen van de gemeente op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit. Indien dit met succes aangetoond wordt, zal de gemeente op zoek gaan naar een geschikt project om het innovatieve product toe te passen. De in het pilotproject opgedane kennis en ervaring zal ingezet worden bij toekomstige aanbestedingen.
