Title: Servicio gestionado de seguridad para el sistema de información de la Institución del Defensor del Pueblo.
Description: El presente contrato tiene por objeto la contratación de un servicio gestionado de ciberseguridad para el sistema de información de la institución del Defensor del Pueblo, que comprenderá la provisión y gestión de los servicios de centro de operaciones de seguridad (SOC), equipo de respuesta a ciberincidentes (CERT/CSIRT), análisis forense digital, protección del servicio de correo electrónico en la nube (Exchange Online), acceso seguro a la red mediante arquitectura SSE, protección perimetral mediante cortafuegos on-premise y en entornos de nube (Microsoft Azure y Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), monitorización y correlación de eventos de seguridad mediante plataforma SIEM/XSOAR, gestión de vulnerabilidades en entornos on-premise y de nube, protección de plataformas y cargas de trabajo en nube (CNAPP) y protección de aplicaciones web mediante WAF para recursos publicados en Azure y OCI, incluyendo la operación, mantenimiento y soporte de las infraestructuras y servicios asociados, con el fin de garantizar la confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad, autenticidad y trazabilidad de la información tratada y los servicios prestados por la institución, conforme al Esquema Nacional de Seguridad en categoría MEDIA y a las condiciones establecidas en el presente pliego.
