Justification: Hankija ei ole riigihankesse lisanud juurdepääsukriteeriume puuetega isikutele, kuna hankelepingu esemeks on CTD sond, mis ei hõlma füüsilist juurdepääsu tagavate lahenduste kavandamist ega rajamist. Riigihangete seaduse § 88 lõike 8 kohaselt kehtestatakse juurdepääsetavuse nõuded juhul, kui kohustuslikud ligipääsetavuse nõuded on sätestatud Euroopa Liidu õigusaktiga ning hankija lisab tehnilisele kirjeldusele viite vastavale õigusaktile. Käesoleva hanke puhul ei ole selliseid nõudeid kehtestatud.
