Līguma izpildes termiņā netiek ieskaitīti būvdarbu tehnoloģiskie pārtraukumi un nodošana ekspluatācijā. Pretendents sadarbībā ar Pasūtītāju nodrošina būves nodošanu ekspluatācijā divu mēnešu laikā pēc tam, kad būvniecības informācijas sistēmā ir apstiprināts apliecinājums par būves gatavību ekspluatācijai.
