Description: Marché Design, Build and Maintain (DBM). La Défense belge prévoit de lancer une procédure négociée avec publicité en 2025 pour la conception, la construction et la maintenance (DBM) d'un nouveau quartier militaire à Charleroi. Ce quartier militaire accueillera diverses unités de la Défense. Le projet concerne le lotissement complet du site d’environ 27 ha avec, entre autres, les installations suivantes : • Raccordements aux viabilités existantes (voiries, énergies, évacuations, adductions…) ; • Infrastructure pour les fonctions administratives : bureaux, salles de réunion, vestiaires et cafétérias ; • Infrastructure pour la formation : salles de cours, zones d’entraînement extérieures et intérieures, complexe de simulation et stand de tir couvert ; • Infrastructure pour la maintenance de véhicules militaires : ateliers, zones de manutention et de stockage ; • Aires de garages et de parking pour les véhicules militaires ; • Infrastructure médicale et paramédicale sous forme d’un centre de soin de première ligne et d’une crèche ; • Installations de logement, sportives et Horeca ; • Aires de stationnement pour les véhicules civils ; • Clôtures incluant des installations de sécurité. La superficie brute des travaux est répartie entre +/- 150.000m² de travaux 3D et +/- 100.000m² de travaux 2D.
