Ja attiecīgajam speciālistam nav B kritērijam atbilstoša pieredze būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijas izstrādē, pretendents šajā kritērijā saņem 0 punktus.Pretendentiem piešķirtais punktu skaits var būt vienāds.*Par iepriekšējo 5 (piecu) gadu laikā izstrādātu būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijas izstrādi tiks atzīta būvniecības ieceres dokumentācija, kas laika posmā no 2021.gada 1.janvāra līdz piedāvājuma iesniegšanas termiņa beigām atbilstoši attiecīgās valsts normatīvajos aktos noteiktajai kārtībai pabeigta tādējādi, ka nav šķēršļu uzsākt būvdarbu veikšanu atbilstoši konkrētajai būvniecības ieceres dokumentācijai (piemēram, akceptēta attiecīgajā būvvaldē). ** Par līdzīgu līgumu Komisija atzīs biroju ēkas vai dzīvojamās ēkas, vai viesnīcu un tām līdzīga lietojuma ēkas, vai ēkas, kas paredzēta plašizklaides pasākumiem, izglītības, slimnīcu vai veselības aprūpes iestāžu vajadzībām, jaunbūves vai pārbūves projekta līgumu ar projektējamo telpu platību vismaz 150 m2.
