Title: Friskvårdsportal
Description: Uppdraget omfattar tillhandahållande av en friskvårdportal för hantering av friskvårdsförmåner till Håbo kommuns anställda. Tjänsten ska möjliggöra en smidig, säker och effektiv administration av friskvårdsbidrag samt ge de anställda tillgång till ett brett utbud av friskvårdsaktiviteter, tjänster och leverantörer. Leverantören ska ansvara för förmedling av friskvårdsaktiviteter samt betalning till anslutna friskvårdsaktörer i enlighet med vid var tid gällande lagstiftning och Skatteverkets regler för skattefri friskvårdsförmån. Håbo kommun upphandlar årligen friskvårdsförmåner till kommunens anställda till ett uppskattat värde om cirka 3 MSEK per år. Angivet värde baseras på tidigare års nyttjande och utgör endast en uppskattning i syfte att ge leverantören vägledning om uppdragets omfattning inför kommande avtal. Tjänsten ska omfatta ett digitalt system för administration av friskvårdsbidrag, hantering av transaktioner samt uppföljning och rapportering. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla ett brett och varierat utbud av friskvårdsaktiviteter och friskvårdsaktörer som är tillgängliga för kommunens anställda. Håbo kommun eftersträvar en användarvänlig lösning som förenklar hanteringen för såväl anställda som administratörer. Leverantören ska säkerställa att tjänsten är tillgänglig via webb och/eller mobil applikation samt att support erbjuds till användare under avtalstiden.
