Description: De 14 Twentse gemeenten willen een opdracht gunnen voor het leveren en uitvoeren van de Onderwijsroute (taalschakeltraject). Het betreft het onderdeel taal (lezen, schrijven, spreken en luisteren) en de invulling van onderdelen die bij het taalschakeltraject horen, zoals Kennis Nederlandse Maatschappij (KNM), studieloopbaanbegeleiding en waar nodig het aanbieden van deficiënte onderdelen die bijdragen aan succesvolle instroom in vervolgonderwijs. Gemeente Enschede treedt in deze aanbesteding op als penvoerder voor de volgende gemeenten: Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Losser, Oldenzaal, Rijssen‑Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand en Wierden. Voor iedere deelnemende gemeente wordt een separate overeenkomst afgesloten. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen. Opdrachtgever is voornemens de opdracht per perceel aan één partij te gunnen: Perceel 1 - mbo: opdrachtgever gunt dit perceel aan één partij. Perceel 2 - hbo/wo: opdrachtgever gunt dit perceel aan één partij.
