Information about review deadlines: Die Vergabestelle weist ausdrücklich auf die Rügeobliegenheiten der Bewerber/Bieter sowie die Präklusionsregelungen gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 1 bis 4 GWB bzgl. der Behauptung von Verstößen gegen die Bestimmungen über das Vergabeverfahren hin. Die Rügeobliegenheit ist Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung für die Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens (§ 160 Absatz 3 Satz 1 GWB). Durch die Rüge soll dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber die Gelegenheit gegeben werden, die Rechtmäßigkeit seines Vergabeverfahrens überprüfen und etwaige Vergabefehler beheben zu können. Soweit der Bieter/Bewerber Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften im Vergabeverfahren erkennt, hat er sie innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber zu rügen. Sind Vergabeverstöße aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar, sind diese bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung genannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe oder zur Bewerbung zu rügen. Erkennbare Verstöße in den Vergabeunterlagen müssen spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Angebotsfrist gerügt werden.
