Description of selection criterion: Een lijst van de voornaamste projecten van soortgelijke omvang en van soortgelijke toestellen die gedurende de afgelopen drie jaar werden uitgevoerd, met vermelding van naam instelling, het bedrag, datum, contactpersoon en korte beschrijving van de opdracht. De leveringen worden aangetoond door attesten die de bevoegde autoriteit heeft afgegeven of medeondertekend of, in geval van leveringen voor een particuliere afnemer, door attesten van de afnemer of bij ontstentenis eenvoudigweg door een verklaring van de leverancier. Minimumeisen: Aanleveren van een referentielijst met minimaal X referenties tijdens afgelopen 3 jaar, waar een identiek toestel werd geleverd inclusief expliciete vermelding van de contactpersoon (naam + telefoonnummer) bij deze referentie. In geval het een nieuw toestel betreft, zullen referenties van de voorgaande versie van het betreffende toestel eveneens in overweging worden genomen. Indien noodzakelijk om een toereikend mededingingsniveau te waarborgen, kan de aanbestedende overheid aangeven dat bewijs van relevante leveringen die langer dan drie jaar geleden zijn geleverd toch in aanmerking wordt genomen.
