Description of the options: Modifiche del contratto ai sensi dell’articolo 120, comma 9, del Codice: La stazione appaltante si riserva la facoltà di modificare il contratto iniziale, senza una nuova procedura di affidamento, con un aumento/diminuzione delle prestazioni non determinabili al momento della predisposizione, fino al limite di 1/5 dell’importo contrattuale. L’importo stimato per tale opzione è pari a € 150.196,06. Modifiche del contratto ai sensi dell’articolo 120, comma 10, del Codice: alla scadenza del contratto originario, qualora la valutazione dei risultati dell'appalto sia soddisfacente, sia accertato il pubblico interesse, la convenienza alla proroga contrattuale ex. art. 120, comma 10 del Codice e siano verificate le compatibilità di bilancio, l’Amministrazione aggiudicatrice si riserva la facoltà di prorogare il contratto, ai medesimi patti e condizioni, per una durata di ulteriori 24 mesi.
