Idag inryms centralvakten, storkök, personalmatsal, administration och förråd i byggnaden. Byggnaden ska integreras som en del av den nya administrationsbyggnaden, byggnad 028 och kopplas samman med en förbindelsegång. Entrén till byggnaden sker via byggnad 028. Inga klienter kommer att vistas i byggnaden.
