Description: L'accord cadre est passé en application des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Conformément à l'article R.2162-4 du code de la commande publique, il est passé sur bordereau de prix unitaires, conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel (par lot).L'accord-cadre s'exécute par l'émission de bon de commande. Le marché est conclu à compter du 01 janvier 2027 ou à défaut sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement 3 fois pour une période de 12 mois sans que sa durée de validité ne puisse excéder le 31/12/2030. Le marché comporte des prestations de bases et annexes répartis en 4 lots délimités géographiquement par territoire sauf pour le lot 5 qui concerne l'ensemble du patrimoine de Partenord Le groupe et PARTENIUM. Les critères de pondération diffèrent pour les lots 1 à 4 et le lot 5. Les candidats peuvent soumissionner pour tous les lots. Toutefois, lorsqu'un candidat est classé en première position à l'issue de l'analyse des offres pour les lots n° 1 et n° 2, il ne peut se voir attribuer qu'un seul de ces deux lots. Le lot attribué sera celui que le candidat aura désigné comme prioritaire dans l'annexe 7 à l'acte d'engagement ("préférence des lots") Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bon de commande multi attributaire.
