Entsprechend des Klimaschutzkonzeptes der Gemeinde Herzebrock-Clarholz soll der Rathaus-Neubau mindestens dem Energiestandard KFW-40 entsprechen und klimaneutral im Betrieb sein. Die technische Ausstattung des Gebäudes soll diesen hohen ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer betriebskosten-optimierten Planung.
