Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. Description: Punctajul maxim alocat este de 5 puncte. Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) pentru cel mai scurt termen de livrare ofertat, se acorda punctajul maxim de 5 puncte. b) Pentru un termen de livrare mai mare decat cel prevazut la litera a) punctajul se calculeaza proportional, astfel: TL(n)= (termenul minim ofertat / termenul ofertat n) x 5. Durata maxima de livrare este de 3 zile de la data transmiterii si primirii comenzii. Durata ofertata nu va depasi durata maxima de livrare de 3 zile de la data transmiterii si primirii comenzii prin fax sau e-mail. Depasirea duratei maxime de livrare conduce la declararea ca oferta fiind neconforma. Termenul de livrare aferent produsului trebuie sa fie de maxim 3 de zile, cerinta minimala impusa prin caietul de sarcini. Altfel spus orice produs care prezinta un termen de livrare mai mare de 3 de zile va conduce la declararea propunerii tehnice ca neconforme in raport cu cerintele caietului de sarcini. Fiind o cerinta minimala, pentru un termen de livrare oferit de 3 de zile se va acorda punctajul 0 (zero), cerinta minimala a caietului de sarcini nu se puncteaza in algoritmul de calcul aferent acestui factor de evaluare. Punctajul se acorda pentru termene de livrare cuprinse intre termenul minim de 1 zi si cel maxim de 3 zile. Pentru termenul maxim de livrare 3 de zile se acorda 0 puncte Peste termenul maxim de livrare 3 de zile oferta este neconforma Pentru termenul minim de livrare de 1 de zi se acorda 5 puncte Sub termenul minim de livrare de 1 zi (ore) se acorda 0 puncte Pentru termene de livrare cuprinse intre termenul minim si cel maxim se va aplica formula mentionata mai sus. Nota: pentru un termen de livrare oferit de 3 de zile se va acorda punctajul 0.00. Ofertantii vor completa termenul de livrare ofertat in cadrul formularului de propunere tehnica
