Diese Projektreferenz muss innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre in eigener Verantwortung erfolgreich erbracht worden sein. Es sind nur Referenzen Dritter einzureichen, 50Hertz Referenzen werden nicht gewertet. Die Referenz soll die Lieferung und Betreuung von Systemen und Applikationen der Sprachkommunikation für Unternehmen umfassen, die nach dem BSIG als KRITIS eingestuft sind, und dabei alle relevanten Projekt- und Produktlebensphasen abdecken. Die Referenz muss nachprüfbar sein. Zur Prüfung der Projektreferenz sind die nachfolgenden Angaben einzureichen. Die Angaben müssen den jeweils genannten Mindestinhalt abdecken: Name, Umfang, Auftraggeber, Projektzeitraum, Kontaktperson, Beschreibung des Projektes, Ausgangsituation, Zielsetzung, Leistungsumfang und Verantwortlichkeiten, Nennung der Systeme und Applikationen der Sprachkommunikation für deren Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb der Bieter verantwortlich waren. Die Projektreferenz ist als eigenständiges PDF-Dokument einzureichen.
