Description: Desde la Asociación Inserta Empleo se licita el Servicio de publicación de ofertas de empleo destinadas a personas con discapacidad, en las que se podrán preinscribir aquellas candidaturas que respondan positivamente a las preguntas de filtrado que se indique en cada oferta. Inserta Empleo quiere posicionarse en el mercado laboral como una entidad especializada en el empleo de personas con discapacidad, de tal forma que el servicio principal ya enunciado se complementará con otros destinados a potenciar esta imagen de marca empleadora en las personas con discapacidad que buscan empleo y en lo referente a otros empleadores que buscan incorporar personas con discapacidad a sus plantillas como una entidad que asesora y acompaña para alcanzar este objetivo. Así de podrá amplificar el impacto de las ofertas publicadas por Inserta Los profesionales de Inserta Empleo a disposición espacios fijos en un portal de empleo para publicar ofertas de empleo que permitan captar/activar hacia el empleo a candidatos/as con discapacidad, así como unas licencias de uso de un rastreador de ofertas de empleo publicadas en las principales plataformas de empleo. Además, la facilitación de poder realizar el análisis del mercado laboral ofreciendo una visión 360º del mismo incluyendo el mercado, las entidades de referencia en intermediación laboral y los empleadores, así como el acceso a la mayoría de las ofertas de empleo publicadas en las principales plataformas de empleo.
