Title: TRAVAUX DE CHAUSSEE EN ENROBES BITUMINEUX, ENDUITS SUPERFICIELS ET PRESTATIONS ANNEXES
Description: L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Cet accord cadre vise à permettre la réalisation d'environ 200 km par an de chaussées en réhabilitation, réparations ponctuelles et projets d'aménagements neufs. Les volumes des travaux à réaliser sont variables d'un marché subséquent à l'autre, de quelques m² en interventions ponctuelles à de grandes surfaces en travaux programmés. Cet accord-cadre donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents ordinaires pour des travaux importants et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents à bons de commande pour des petites interventions. Ces marchés à bons de commande auront une durée de 1 an non renouvelable, au nombre de deux par lot géographique et seront utilisés pour des montant de travaux inférieurs à 35 000 euro(s) HT par chantier et dans la limite de 180 000 euro(s) HT cumulés sur la durée annuelle. Le maitre d'ouvrage se réserve le droit de passer des marchés spécifiques en dehors de l'accord cadre
