Title: Externe geconditioneerde opslag van samples (as-a-service)
Description: Europese aanbesteding voor de aanschaf van externe geconditioneerde opslag van samples (as-a-service) voor het RIVM. De aanbesteding heeft tot doel opslagcapaciteit te realiseren, zodat de door RIVM in stand te houden Collecties, onder de voor deze Collecties noodzakelijke condities, bewaard kunnen worden. De Overeenkomst heeft een standaard looptijd van 10 jaar, inclusief eventuele verlengingen is de maximale looptijd in totaal 15 jaar. De Opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 (basisperceel): Dit perceel omvat de opslag, beheer en logistieke dienstverlening waarbij opvraag plaatsvindt op doos- of kratniveau (of een soortgelijk niveau). Het vernietigen en afvoeren van Samples in opvraageenheden wordt binnen perceel 1 als optionele dienstverlening uitgevraagd. Inschrijvers zijn niet verplicht deze dienstverlening aan te bieden. Indien Opdrachtnemer deze dienstverlening aanbiedt, dient deze te worden uitgevoerd conform de daarvoor geldende wet- en regelgeving. Perceel 2 (geavanceerd perceel): Dit perceel omvat opslag, beheer en logistieke dienstverlening waarbij opvraag plaatsvindt op doos- of kratniveau (of een soortgelijk niveau) danwel op individueel sampleniveau.
