Description: Groupe E utilise actuellement la plateforme ServiceNow comme outil central pour plusieurs processus internes et orientés clients. L’instance, nommée « Nestor », a été progressivement configurée pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels et organisationnels du Groupe. ServiceNow sert notamment à la gestion des demandes métiers, offrant un portail centralisé et des workflows automatisés pour faciliter le traitement et le suivi des requêtes internes. La plateforme constitue également un pilier essentiel de l’ITSM, couvrant la gestion des incidents, des changements, des tâches et des problèmes. Au-delà des processus internes, ServiceNow est utilisé pour la gestion des demandes clients, permettant une meilleure traçabilité, une amélioration de la qualité de service et un pilotage optimal des engagements (SLA). La solution intègre également un module dédié à la gestion du parc de véhicules, assurant le suivi opérationnel et administratif des ressources de mobilité du Groupe. L’instance ServiceNow est aujourd’hui maintenue et évoluée par un partenaire externe, qui assure le support applicatif, les développements spécifiques et l’intégration technique, en collaboration avec les équipes internes de gouvernance. Le contrat de licences ServiceNow et le contrat de services avec l’intégrateur arrivant à échéance, Groupe E lance cet appel d’offres afin d’assurer la continuité de ces services, d’optimiser les coûts et de garantir une évolution cohérente de la plateforme pour les années à venir.
