Description: Die Wohnstadt Löhne, Unternehmen für Wohnen und Quartiersentwicklung, Königstraße 7, 32584 Löhne, im folgenden AG genannt, beabsichtigt, Ihre Messinfrastruktur im gesamten Gebäudebestand auszuschreiben. Für dieses Vorhaben sucht die Wohnstadt Löhne einen zuverlässigen Partner, nachfolgend AN genannt, der Sie bei der Erstellung der Heiz-, und Wasserkostenabrechnung unterstützt. Wir laden Sie daher ein, an dieser Ausschreibung als Bieter teilzunehmen. Das dazu erstellte Lasten und Pflichtenheft entnehmen Sie ab Seite 6. Der zukünftige Rahmenvertrag soll die Möglichkeit bieten, weitere Objekte (beispielsweise aus der Fremdverwaltung) zu integrieren. Sofern die im Rahmenvertrag vereinbarten Gerätepreise durch den AN nicht eingehalten werden können, hat er dem AG dies schriftlich mitzuteilen. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung soll in einem zweistufigen Verfahren vergeben werden. In der ersten Stufe sollen erst alle interessierten Dienstleister identifiziert werden. In der zweiten Stufe wird ausschließlich nur noch mit 3 Unternehmen verhandelt, um anschließend einem Unternehmen den Zuschlag zu erteilen. Im ersten Schritt werden die drei Unternehmen ausgesucht, die die meisten Kriterien laut Leistungsverzeichnis erfüllen. Sollten mehrere Unternehmen die gleiche Anzahl an Punkten besitzen, wird zwischen den Unternehmen gelost.
