Il s’agit d’un projet dit d’« investissement ». La Plateforme AU3RA est co-financée par le FEDER en région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. Ce financement devrait permettre à chacune des Parties d’investir dans les moyens matériels et immatériels permettant de construire la Plateforme AU3RA.
