Description: Neubau eines Stellwerks auf einem Streckenabschnitt von ca. 7,7 Kilometern einer mit 750 V DC elektrifizierten öffentlichen Eisenbahn (Hauptbahn) zwischen den Bahnhöfen Wesseling Süd und Bornheim-Hersel mit 28 Weicheneinheiten, 10 vorhandenen hauptsignalabhängigen Bahnübergangssicherungsanlagen, Ausrüstung mit Ks-Signalen in LED-Technik, neuer Gleisfreimeldung, Stromversorgung, Kabellieferung und -verlegung, Zugbeeinflussung PZB und magnetischer Fahrsperre, Anpassung der Nachbarstellwerke vom Typ Siemens SICAS ECC und SpDrS60, Einbindung in das vorhandene VICOS-Bediensystem, Projektierung der Zuglenkung, Neubau eines Stellwerksgebäudes, Prüfleistungen, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahmeprüfung. Die gelieferte Stellwerkstechnik muss für den Betrieb bei öffentlichen Eisenbahnen in Deutschland uneingeschränkt zugelassen sein, den anerkannten Regeln der Technik entsprechen und AK 7/SIL 4 erfüllen, Weichen mit beweglichen Herzstückspitzen unterstützen und für den Verkehr mit Stadtbahnfahrzeugen mit von der EBO abweichenden Rädern geeignet sein. Alle Zulassungen müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe uneingeschränkt vorliegen. Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme sind zwingend im August 2028 erforderlich. Das neue Stellwerk wird in den nächsten Jahren voraussichtlich um einen weiteren Bahnhof in derselben Technik erweitert.
